Construction is officially underway at the Orlando agrihood known as The Grow. In this master-planned community, residents will have the unique opportunity to live in a neighborhood that combines homes, green spaces, and a 9-acre working farm in the heart of Central Florida.

Designed for connection to both land and lifestyle, The Grow will also feature more than 200 acres of preserved wetlands and conservation areas, 12 miles of walking trails, community gardens, greenhouses, and other farm-inspired amenities.

Matthew True, Pulte Homes Vice President of Sales in Orlando, shares the growing excitement. “This is going to enable you to find a lifestyle you weren’t able to find yet here in Central Florida.”
